D-LUX Local Return & Exchange Policy (Bermuda)
We have a 10-day local return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your Items must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused with all original tags, product inserts and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (i.e. Invoice, Confirmation Email).
We are not responsible for any fees incurred from delivering returns and exchanges.
Returns are between 9am-4pm Mon-Fri. Please drop off merchandise you would like to return or exchange along with Invoice and completed Return & Exchange Form to:

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like undergarments, swimwear and accessories for hygienic purposes. Additionally, art, decor, beauty and skincare products with a broken seal will also not be eligible to return or exchange. Please email us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR SALE ITEMS.
Exchanges
To avoid disappointment, if exchanging we suggest making a separate purchase and ordering the new item in advance. When your first purchase that you are returning is received by us, your credit card will be refunded. Please allow 3-5 business days for funds to reach your account.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for funds to reach your account.
