REFUND POLICY: We take great care to ensure that each item is packaged securely for safe delivery. However, if your item arrives damaged or broken, we’re here to help.

1. Report the Issue: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to report any damage. Be sure to include photos of the damaged item and its packaging for us to assess the issue.

2. Replacement or Refund: Once we’ve reviewed your claim, we will offer either a replacement of the same item (subject to availability) or a full refund.

3. Return Shipping: In most cases, you will not need to return the damaged item. However, we may request its return in certain situations, and we will cover the return shipping costs.

Exceptions: Custom orders are generally non- refundable. However, if a custom item arrives damaged, we will work with you to provide a suitable resolution.
